Front Entry Gate - Update!

We are happy to report the gate is fully operational again.
We were alerted by a resident on Friday evening via the Board of Directors email link that the front entry gate is not closing in the evenings and appears to be stuck open. We have reported this to our management company (hoa@pmimetroplexproperties.com) are in contact with the gate repair company to come out as quickly as possible to troubleshoot and repair the problem (once the rain has subsided). We would like to thank our neighbors for calling this to our attention.
