  • Gate Issues

    Published: September 18, 2017

We are aware of the issues with both the entrance and exit gates. The gate company has been out three times over the last several days trying to diagnose the issue. They have made adjustments and have repaired the clutch plates in all of the operators. The last issue still outstanding is a cut in the wire of the exit gate sensor probe. This is what caused the exit gates to not open this morning. They have locked the gates open at this time and will be out to install the sensor tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.

  • 2017 Poll Results

    Published: June 19, 2017

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinions with the Board of Directors. At the time of the poll closing the online votes for moving forward with the amendment were 44.16% in favor and 54.55% against. Due to the vote not reaching the 51% threshold set by the Board the HOA will not pursue this amendment. We realize that this may be a disappointment to many, but the Board has a responsibility to use the limited funds of the HOA in a responsible manner for all homeowners in Deer Ridge Estates.
