HOA Community Notice: Front Gate Update

Last week the front entrance gate malfunctioned. Dygert inspected the system and discovered an ant mound inside the mechanism. They cleared it, inspected the components, and completed needed repairs.

Earlier this week, concerns were raised that the gate might be sticking open. We have asked Dygert to return for a follow-up inspection to ensure the gate is fully operational.
